Description: Some users will be unable to update Ipad apps
Bloxx web filtering is currently preventing apple devices from updating Apps. This issue seems to have only started over the Summer holidays.
BLOXX support are investigating.
If the school has an Apple Server, a workaround for this issue would be to set up the server as a caching server - devices will then update quickly and directly from this server instead. IMPORTANT NOTE: servers must be configured for local updates only
