Description: Some users will be unable to update Ipad apps Bloxx web filtering is currently preventing apple devices from updating Apps. This issue seems to have only started over the Summer holidays. BLOXX support are investigating. If the school has an Apple Server, a workaround for this issue would be to set up the server as a caching server - devices will then update quickly and directly from this server instead. IMPORTANT NOTE: servers must be configured for local updates only

Why did this happen?" We are currently investigating why this is occuring. Further updates will occur here as soon as we have them.

Description: intermittent internet access being experienced. Virgin Media are making changes to some configuration at BCC offices which is unexpectedly causing problems. We have made them aware and they are investigating. Virgin have now been told to stop this work asap. It was supposed to be non-service affecting.

Description: We are aware of an issue in Office 365 webmail where users that proxy into another account and delete email then see the email reappear in the inbox minutes later. We have engaged with Microsoft and our Web Filtering Supplier (BLOXX) to investigate this further. We have subsequently seen issues with the login process too.
