| Description | BNET network maintenance - affecting some schools only (Those schools have been contacted directly) What we are doing: Schools should be advised that there will be disruption to the school internet feed during Monday 5th August in order for Bristol City Council to carry out upgrades to the underlying Infrastructure. |
| Impact Analysis | How will schools be affected: Please be aware that during the disruption period internet access from within the school and remote access (i.e. Global Protect) to any devices/local files at the school will not be possible. What will not be affected: Users inside the school during this time accessing local file systems will not be affected. Remote access to SIMS will not be affected. Office 365/Google email access will remain accessible throughout. |
