Description We are experiencing issues with Internet Filtering. Users are either unable to access the internet or are seeing the Captive Portal screen. The issue is currently being investigated by Bloxx.

2017-03-01 11:56:33 GMT This issue has been resolved by BLOXX support - who identified a failed synchronisation of data across our servers. All schools should now have normal filtered internet access
2017-03-01 15:42:08 GMT This issue has been re-opened as the problem seems to have re-appeared with some schools. BLOXX are aware and are investigating
2017-03-02 09:38:59 GMT Server rebooted overnight and any remaining sync issues have cleared. We now expect this issue to be resolved. Any further issues please contact us.
