This issue is still outstanding and with the NHS IT dept. We urge school staff to raise it again with their NHS colleagues to help raise the priority of the problem. We have had no further update on this from the NHS directly despite chasing one week ago. (11th May) |

The NHS IT dept are now asking all affected schools to email all Undeliverable messages to relayhelpdesk@nhs.net and quote Ref 6817229 |

We have had some feedback from the NHS Helpdesk. They have suggested a solution, but this was not successful. We have requested more information from the NHS and are waiting to hear back. |
