Description New websites that are accessed are initially classified as "New URL" and then reclassified accordingly.

Currently our web filtering solution is not always reclassifying these URLs and the site remain blocked.

Netsweeper support are investigating.

2022-10-04 11:26:56 BST This issue is ongoing. If users have an urgent need to access a site that is blocked by this issue should contact the Schools IT Helpdesk on 37999 to get the website manually recategorised.
2022-10-04 15:09:48 BST Issue now resolved. Netsweeper support have worked with us to rectify the situation. Sites should now be classified correctly quickly IF they initially get blocked as "New URL"
2022-10-13 10:34:41 BST This issue has started re-occuring. Netsweeper support are actively investigating. Users are asked as a short term workaround to call or email the Helpdesk on 37999 to have sites reclassified.
2022-10-13 15:44:55 BST Netsweeper have identified the issue with a remote server and have now resolved the problem
