| Description | The Willway Street network node has failed. Data Networks / Virgin are investigating whether it is a power outage or equipment failure. | 2019-07-16 09:59:08 BST | Electricians have gained access to the building and are working to fix the problem. |
| 2019-07-16 11:04:33 BST | The issue appears to be with the feed into the building from the utility company. It is being worked on but is expected to be down for the rest of the day. |
| 2019-07-16 12:06:51 BST | Western Power are on site dealing with the issue which appears to be a blown joint, and will be digging it up tonight to fix the problem. We are hoping power may be back tomorrow. |
| 2019-07-17 08:24:30 BST | Power has been restored to the building. Data Networks are now checking the Virgin equipment on site. |
| 2019-07-17 11:51:50 BST | The power loss/surge requires more kit to be completely replaced. Virgin reviewing, sourcing parts and will replace. Still aiming to get this resolved today however realistically looking at another 3-4 hours minimum. Awaiting an update from their engineers. |
| 2019-07-17 15:31:33 BST | Virgin have replaced their equipment. A knock on effect is that some other sites have been affected. They are now troubleshooting to get all schools back online. |
