| 2018-11-21 13:35:27 GMT | We have had the following explanation for the outage yesterday from our Networks colleagues: Virgin media were carrying out configuration work on their infrastructure which led to our public IP ranges to become unroutable on the Virgin Network resulting in loss of internet access, due to internet systems being unable to communicate with our IP addresses. Virgin are still investigating why this happened and what they can do to ensure this mistake is not repeated. |
